  1. To register you in the corporate selection portal, in order to give you the possibility to participate in the selection processes for vacancies in the CELSA GROUP ™ COMPANY and, when applicable, to evaluate your application and to manage your incorporation.
  2. To inform you of possible vacancies and selection processes which might be of your interest in other CELSA GROUP ™ companies.

3. LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING
What is our legal basis to process your personal data?

The legal basis for the processing of your personal data, concerning purpose (1) is the clear affirmative action of signing up to the corporate selection platform or your participation in selection processes, with regards to the CELSA GROUP ™ COMPANY. Where applicable, the legal basis for purpose (1) may also be the performance of a contract in case you are selected for a position.
Also, with regard to the purpose (2), the legal basis for the intra-group transfer of your data, for administrative purposes, will be the legitimate interest of the company Barna Steel S.A. for the participation in selection processes of companies that are integrated into the group of companies that operate under the name CELSA GROUP ™.

How long will we store your data?

Your data will be stored in our databases, in order to offer you the possibility to participate in future selection processes. You have the right to request the deletion of your data at any time. The data will be kept until the request of the deletion of the same or, during the time necessary to comply with legal obligations.

With whom will we share your data?

Your data may be transferred intra-group, for administrative purposes, based on the legitimate interest of the company Barna Steel, S.A. for your participation in selection processes of the companies that are integrated in the group of companies that operate under the CELSA GROUP ™ denomination. Likewise, your data may also be transferred to third parties acting as treatment managers and / or in those cases in which there is a legal obligation.

What are your rights regarding the protection of your personal data?
