Ferimet, a CELSA Group company specialising in scrap metal processing, will extract neodymium magnets from electronic waste (WEEE) as a use case for key developments. Neodymium is a rare earth element classified as a critical raw material by the European Commission. By focusing on neodymium, CELSA aims to contribute to strengthening the European Union's strategic autonomy in the supply of critical raw materials.
