visit de project WebsiteReducing the carbon footprint of construction in Europe through five pilot projects with innovative solutions to reduce carbon emissions and improve the circularity of buildings. CELSA will lead the circular construction pilot in Spain, collaborating with demolition company Lezama to selectively dismantle a building, allowing the structural steel to be reused in a new warehouse to be built by Sorigué. This new warehouse will also use low-CO2 concrete made from CELSA slag. The UPC will carry out laboratory tests to ensure that these innovative building materials comply with all safety standards.
