Depolymerization of ASR (Automotive Shredder Residues) waste done on continous pilot line proved the concept of the process, but raise the issue of end product utilization (dirty pyroytic oil). We decided and made tests on FBR pilot to produce gas from our waste (2/3 of methane caloricitiy)

There is a potential to reduce the amount of the wastes by 60-70% and generate the burnable gas applicable at EAFs (initial confirmation) and solid residues that can be disposed.
