If you have just finished your studies and want to enter the world of work, from CELSA Group™ we offer you the possibility to start your path towards success and start building your professional career with a 5-year rotational program in our company.
In our Licensed Program you will have the tutelage of our managers, you will learn about the business in a tangible way and in real time. During this stage, you will be able to participate in several multifunctional projects and attend our development programs.
In order to provide you with a complete vision of everything we do in our Group, over the course of these 5 years you will be part of a complete functional and geographic rotation program, which will allow you to work in the different functional areas and obtain an international experience.
Who can access the program?
- University degrees.
- Students of Higher Degree Formative Cycles who have finished their studies.
What requirements are necessary?
Two criteria will be taken into account:
- The academic record (previous training).
- Level of English (minimum First Certificate or equivalent). Knowledge of other languages will be valued.
