CELSA Group™ participates in a European initiative designed to boost the talent of professionals in the sector

  • The “ESSA” project brings together more than 30 partners, including industry partnerships, reference companies, technology platforms and knowledge centers
  • CELSA Group™ has different lines of work aimed to project the talent of professionals in the sector by fostering their skills and competencies.

CELSA Group™ participates in the “New Skills Agenda Steel” program: Industry-driven sustainable European Steel Skills Agenda (ESSA), which was promoted from the European Union with the aim of maximizing performance and boosting the results of the industrial sector.

For this, the initiative has different lines of work aimed at anticipating the needs of the industry of the future. CELSA Group participates in promoting the talent of steel professionals by identifying the skills that will be required in the future and developing training actions aligned with them.

The project is made up of more than 30 partners, including sectoral partnerships, reference companies, technology platforms
and knowledge centers. Through this, it aims to enable all participants to develop and exchange knowledge of the best practices to move forward together.

With 9,894 jobs generated directly and indirectly, CELSA Group™ considers people as a fundamental pillar that encompasses the Group’s activity. Through this kind of projects, the company aims that its employees can be at the forefront of the knowledge and industrial technology related to the steel sector.
